Our Five Step Cleaning Process

Upon arriving at your property and inspecting the area you'd like us to clean, these are the steps we'll follow.

Vacuuming - We always vacuum the carpet prior to cleaning, because this gives an overall better clean. We use an industrial vacuum cleaner with powerful suction motors, enabling us to remove as much dry soil from the carpet as possible.

Pre-Spray - We have a number of different cleaning solutions to use for the various types of dirt and carpet materials we encounter. We will choose the best cleaning solution for your situation and we'll spray it onto the carpet. The solution will be allowed to dwell for 5-10 minutes enabling it to suspend the dirt in the carpet.

Mechanical Agitation - To ensure that the pre-spray reaches every fibre of the carpet, we will use an industrial mechanical agitation machine to agitate the carpet. This machine consists of two brushes rotating in opposite directions, that allow it to reach the deepest depths of the carpet. In fact, it will pull up dry soils that would have been missed had we only vacuumed the carpet.

Heated Bonnet Cleaning - Next we will take a bonnet that has been saturated in one of our cleaning solutions and attach it to our heated bonnet cleaning machine. The bonnet will absorb any remaining dirt as we run the machine over the carpet. Once that has been done, we will go over the carpet again with the clean dry side of the bonnet, but this time we will turn on the heat blower in the machine. This part of the process ensures that the carpets dry within 30 minutes.

Grooming - Finally we will groom the carpet so that all of the fibres are aligned.
